Booking Your Session

Contact us now to book your session to start the journey to Tell YOUR Story!  Appointments are usually available on Monday, Tuesday, Friday or Saturday.  We will find the best time for your family and the optimal time for on location sessions.

Before booking your session, take a little time to look through Celesta’s portfolio or one of the categories as it relates to your desired session.  See if  her style is what you desire and if she is the photographer for your family.  Also, you can find which locations or style you will want for your session.  Then give us a call so we can book your session early.  Session Fees are due 3 days after booking the session.

Ordering Session

After booking your session, we will set up an ordering session.  You will view your images with Celesta and make your final selections at this time.  Please make sure anyone who needs to be involved in the decision-making process is at the ordering session.  You will receive the option of selecting the discounted collections at this time.  If selections can’t be made during the ordering session, you will be only be able to order from the a la carte within 3 days after ordering session.

50% of your order total is due the day the order is placed so that we may begin processing your order.

Further Details

After booking your session, you will receive an information packet that will include all the information of the session details, ordering sessions and investments.

We are excited you are interested in Celestial Seasons Photography!  We usually only book 2-3 sessions a month so please give us a call so we can get your session booked early!

The Fine Print

Session fees are nonrefundable, but are transferable.   Quality takes time – please allow up to 2 weeks for completion of your order.  Your balance must be paid in full prior to picking up any part of your order.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
